Starting from July 1st, 2024, Saint Lucia second citizenship unit has activated its updated Citizenship by Investment pricing terms, which align with the collectively agreed adjustments by all five OECS nations with such programs earlier this year. The revised thresholds now require a minimum donation of $240,000 to the National Economic Fund and a minimum real estate investment of $300,000 in Saint Lucia.
