Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for Permanent Residency in Cyprus, the applicants should fulfil the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age (of the applicant and the spouse).
Be in good health having valid health insurance.
Submit a certificate indicating a clean criminal record.
Show proof of financial means with an income of at least €50,000 per year.
There is an extra fee of €15,000 per year for the spouse if applying with a spouse.
€10,000 additional per year for each dependent child.

Cyprus Permanent Residency Validation Process

Must have a clean criminal record certificate for both the applicant and spouse from their country of origin and country of residence. They must not represent a threat to public order or security in Cyprus.
The applicant and their dependent family members are required to provide a health insurance policy certificate that includes both inpatient and outpatient medical care.
The applicant and their spouse must declare that they will not seek employment in Cyprus, except for roles as Directors in a company where they have made an investment under this policy.
If the investment does not include share capital of the company, the applicant and/or spouse may own shares in companies registered in Cyprus. Dividends received from such companies will not be considered as residency income. They may also serve on these boards as unpaid Directors.
Proof of accommodation in Cyprus is required if the applicant is applying for permanent residence based on investment in company shares, investment funds, or commercial real estate. Acceptable proof includes a title deed, a purchase contract with payment proof, or a rental agreement.
