3, Jul, 2024

By June 30, 2024, align the minimum investment threshold of their Citizenship by Investment Programs (CBIPs) to a minimum of US$200,000, aiming to eliminate underselling and ensure that CBI investments reflect the actual funds received from applicants. Enhance transparency by disclosing funds received and their use, conducting independent financial audits, and implementing best practice standards. Establish a regional authority to regulate CBIPs according to international standards, set uniform communication and promotion guidelines, regulate agents, and coordinate training and capacity-building for officials administering CBIPs. Dominica Citizenship Price Update Effective July 1, 2024

The revised pricing for Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment programme has been officially unveiled, coming into force today, 1st July 2024. Dominica continues to stand out as the most budget-friendly choice in the Caribbean for individual applicants, establishing a new minimum requirement of $200,000 for the Economic Diversification Fund (Donation route). While the minimum investment for government-approved real estate projects remains steady at $200,000, adjusted government fees mean this option is now marginally pricier than under the previous pricing structure.
