Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment sees New Price Increase in July 2024

Grenada (27 June 2024) – The Investment Migration Agency Grenada (IMA Grenada) has announced a landmark Memorandum of Agreement among the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), setting new standardized rates effective July 1, 2024. This initiative, which includes a minimum investment requirement of US$235,000 for Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme, aims to achieve consistency across member states and marks a pivotal shift away from price competition.

Grenada has mandated increased investment requirements for its approved property projects, as outlined in a Circular issued by IMA Grenada and endorsed by Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell, who oversees citizenship matters.
