Anyone aged 18 or older is eligible to apply also to qualify for the Naoero Citizenship Program, applicants must meet the following conditions: **Due Diligence:** You must pass a background check conducted by an approved due diligence firm. **Clean Criminal Record:** You must not have been convicted of any crime that carries a prison sentence of 12 months or more. **Police Clearance:** You need to provide a valid police certificate from any country where you've lived for more than 6 months in the pa **International Criminal Court (ICC):** You should not be charged or indicted by the ICC, regardless of the outcome. **No International Watchlists:** You must not be listed with Interpol, Europol, or any other international crime agency at the time of application. **No Sexual Offenses Involving Children:** You must not have been convicted of any sexual offence involving a minor. **Country of Origin:** You must not be a citizen of any country listed as high-risk by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). **No Financial Sanctions:** You must not be listed or associated with individuals or companies under UNSC financial sanctions. **National Security:** You must not pose a threat to the national security, public interest, or public health of Naoero **Human Rights Violations:** You must not have been found guilty, charged, indicted, or under investigation for crimes such as terrorism, money laundering, war crimes, crimes against humanity, or violations of human rights. **Current Investigations:** At the time of applying, you must not be under investigation or charged with any crime that carries a potential prison term of 12 months or more. Investors applying together with their spouse or partner up to three dependents will have a non-refundable fee of **$110,000** **(after approval)**.
